If HD is involved in the below situations, SS sample can not be done.
1) The "sandwich" layer is too thick, and the sublayer is too thin. Thin layer is less than 0.5mm, which is difficult to control due to factors such as tumbling and polishing during mass production, resulting in some positions being thick and some positions being thin.
Picture: The inner demi layer of the temple retains 0.2mm
Hard to control on bulk production: the bottom material is 2 layers, the bottom layer is 0.2~ 0.3mm, the middle layer is 2.0mm; The other layer is 0.5 metallic layer and HD pattern.
The color of the temple is not uniform:
Color outside of temple is ok.
2).The number of sublayers
Common HD pattern, BMT, TG, SY sublayer
The bottom material is two layers, and the middle layer cannot be less than 0.5mm;
The bottom layer is not less than 2.0mm;
The bottom two layers, but the layer is on the bottom, and the bottom layer is less than 0.5
Summary of highlights:
1. The material is three layers, and the bottom layer is less than 2.0mm, the wire-cole will penetrate the bottom.
2. The material is three layers, if the material of 6.0 is dug to 3.5, there will be color difference and wire-cole will penetrate the color, it should not be used.

2. Metallic acetate
1). Monochrome metallic acetate is prohibited for BMT,
There are "stray points and pit points" in the metallic acetate.
2). Monochrome metallic acetate is with pattern and BMT can be done.

CorelDraw (file name.cdr)
• If photo files are required:
Minimum pixel resolution: 300 dpi
And Adobe photoshop file (File name.psd)
